Favorite hot sauces for fish and other seafood?

Hey pals. Up until recently, I have not been a big fan of hot sauces. However, I am using them more and more. So, I thought I'd toss it out there for discussion: what are some of your favorite hot sauces for fish? How about other seafood like calamari, oysters, etc.?

I don't really consider mine a hot sauce, but rather, a cocktail sauce. I mix up catsup, horseradish, and lemon, to taste, and spread it liberally on my fish and seafood. That's the type of sauce I grew up eating, and I usually make it at home, because sometimes I've had difficulty finding it in the stores, and I'd rather know what goes into it.
